Tanja is a registered and insured Osteopath having graduated with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy at the University College of Osteopathy (formerly the BSO). Prior to this Tanja was treating clients as a sports massage therapist after completing her level 5 Sports and Remedial Massage course with the London School of Sports Massage as well as obtaining a qualification in full body Pregnancy Massage.

Tanja believes that, given the right support and maintenance, the body has a natural ability to heal a great many dysfunctions.

Her interest in body work including structural mechanics, massage and holistic treatments such as Still technique and cranio-sacral therapy developed following difficult pregnancies. These periods included severe lower back and pelvic girdle pain as well as Symphysis Pubic Disorder. The after effects of which required high levels of support, which were found in osteopathy.

The positive impact of Osteopathy and the compassionate care led not only her rehabilitation, but also inspired her to pursue manual therapy as a career and has since offered her a platform to help others experiencing unnecessary discomfort and enabling her to enhance the well-being of others.

Tanja is now a mother of two and continues to study and further her knowledge.

She currently treats a variety of individuals with varying presentations, and enjoys trying to support the restoration of quality of life for those with musculoskeletal discomfort and injuries.

Tanja is available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and alternate Saturdays.
